1. How to install/update the add-on? 

Answer: To install/update Multi vendor add-on you need to follow the below steps : 
  • The Shop - PWA eCommerce CMS the latest version should be pre-installed on your server.
  • Purchase and download the add-on. 
  • Login in to your admin panel of The Shop - PWA eCommerce CMS, the system 
  • Go to Add-on Manager 
  • Click on Install New Add-on 
  • Input Purchase code & choose the downloaded zipped file and click on Installation. 
  • Add-on is successfully installed/updated.

2. How to manage Seller Packages? 

Answer: To manage seller packages, follow the below steps: 

  • Go to the admin panel Seller > Seller packages. 
  • Here you can add, edit, see all created packages. 
  • For adding a new package, click add new package button. 
  • Here you need to input package name, amount(price), Product Upload Limit, Commission(admin commission per order), Duration(package validity in days), Package Logo and click save to create a new package

3. How can the admin change his/her shop settings? 

Answer: A shop has been created for admin products, order, coupons. You can change information for that shop. 
  • Go to admin panel Setting > Shop setting. 
  • Here you’ll find admin shop related information. 
  • For this shop, a subscription is not required. But all other shops must have a subscription package

4. How can a seller register his/her shop? 

Answer: Seller can register his shop from website seller registration from 
  • Seller registration link is available in website top bar and in footer widget. 
  • After seller submitting registration from admin can see that registered shop in admin panel Seller > Sellers 
  • Admin can approve the seller. Without approval, the seller won’t be able to log in to his account.
 

5. How can a seller purchase/renew a subscription package? 

Answer
  • Sellers need to purchase a subscription package to upload products. 
  • After logging in to his panel, he needs to go to Package > Upgrades from the left menu.
  • There he can purchase/upgrade package. 
  • Sellers must need to have an active package to make his shop/products publicly available.
  • If a seller wants to downgrade a package, he needs to delete products according to the new package. 

6. How can a seller upload a product? 

Answer
  • Sellers need to purchase a subscription package to upload products. He can upload a max number of products according to his active package. 
  • After logging in to his panel, he needs to go to Products. Here he’ll find add new product button. He’ll also find that button in the top bar. 
  • He won’t be able to see that button if he doesn’t have any active package && product upload limit. 


7. How can a seller manage his/her orders? 

Answer
  • After a customer order placement multiple orders will be created against each shop with package number 1,2,3,…. Under the same order code. 
  • Seller can see his order package from his panel left menu orders. 
  • There he’ll see all of his orders & he’ll be able to view, print, download invoices. In the order view page he can change order status, payment status. 


8. How can a seller manage his coupon? 

Answer
  • Sellers can create coupons for his products/shop. Admin created coupons will be applicable for the admin shop only. 
  • And customer can use these coupons for those specific shops/shops products 
  • For creating a new coupon or editing existing coupon, sellers need to go to the Coupon menu from his panel left menu. 
  • There he can manage all of his created coupons. 

9. How seller earnings/admin commission is calculated? 

Answer
  • In this system, sellers manage their own delivery. 
  • So when a seller product is sold via cash on delivery & seller delivers his product. the seller is receiving the money.
  • For this case, he got full money for the product price. The admin didn't receive his commission. For this case, the seller has a due amount(commission amount) which the seller needs to pay to the admin. 
  • And in another case, when a seller's product is sold via online payment & seller delivers his product. For this case, admin is receiving the money as the admin payment gateway is configured. For this case, admin has due to the seller which seller can he in his earnings. And the admin can see that as due to the seller. 
  • ● And after each order if the seller has any due to admin, both are adjusted with seller earnings. 


10. How can a seller request for payouts from the admin? 

Answer
  • Seller can request for withdrawal if he has due from admin(earnings). 
  • For requesting, he needs to go to Earnings > Payout Requests from his panel left menu. 
  • There he can see his earnings/due to admin. And request button & all pending requests. 
  • Admin need will pay him manually by his enabled payment option 
  • He needs to enable & configure cash/bank information from his panel Earnings > Payout settings 11. How can the admin pay a seller? Answer: 
  • Admin can pay against each seller withdraw request from admin panel left menu Seller > Payout requests. 
  • Or admin can pay sellers from all seller list Seller > sellers - Each seller dropdown options. 
  • Admin can also adjust seller ‘due to admin’ balance from those forms. 
  • Seller must enable cash/bank option from his panel, by which he’ll take payment from admin. 12. How to configure cron jobs to unpublish shops & shops products after package expiration? Answer: There is an option with this add-on to unpublish the expired seller products & unpublish his shop. To do this automatically, you need to set up a cron job on your server. 
  • To set a cron job login to your cPanel and find the Cron Jobs option. 
  • Go to Cron Jobs 
  • Add new Cron Job 
  • Select time period of Every Day 
  • Set command as wget -O - https://your-domain.com/seller-package-validation-check 
  • After setting this cron job, this url will be hitted each day and this url will unpublish those shops & shops products whose package has expired
